In the beautiful surroundings of the Swiss Alps you take a deep dive into yourself. Uncover and expand your abilities by applying the powerful set of techniques of the Wim Hof Method. This method brings body and mind in its optimal natural state. Unleash your inner power, and experience a sense of totality, connection and inner freedom.
In this 6-day experience you’ll learn all about the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method: breath, cold therapy and commitment. The aim is to become fully aware of your breathing pattern and being able to control it. You learn how to be relaxed and comfortable in the cold river and environment so you can be relaxed in any (uncomfortable) situation. Moreover you practice a strong focus and become aware of the responses of body and mind. Through focus, breath, cold therapy and response you open a direct door to self-awareness.
This 6-day experience is jampacked with breathing sessions, river dips, yoga, meditation, walks and hikes through the wonderful environment, experience sharing, theoretical and practical explanations. How about a day like this: waking up at sunrise, starting with breathing exercises, go for a conscious walk in the beautiful Alpine environment and take a dip into the ice cold river.
Linda wants you to realise your full potential. All of her events provide you with a journey through layers of consciousness. She will take a dip into one of the pillars for a quick vis-a-vis and switch for the next, or we dive deep into each layer for the full-on experience. This is waking up to yourself. To make any change possible, you first need to understand your current position. From there you can expand your options and abilities. Thus, finally enabling change towards a complete and open awareness. Vital to this transformation is increasing awareness of your response to the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof method: breath, exposure to cold and focus.
We take it a step further than the weekend retreat. After learning the basics, we’ll practice more advanced techniques as well. Advanced breathing techniques, advanced techniques to warm up and a longer hike in shorts to the top of Ax Alp! You’ll learn not only how to practice the wim hof method yourself, but how to use this method to increase awareness, change yourself and become the best YOU.
