Prices for seminar participants

In general, seminar participants pay the same prices as individual guests for accommodation in a single/double/or shared room, except that unlike individual guests, seminar participants pay an additional flat rate of CHF 20.- per day for use of the seminar room. (Staying overnight in your own camper or tent is CHF 10 cheaper for seminar guests than for individual guests)

Prices per adult seminar participant per night including vegetarian full board, including daily flat rate for use of seminar room, excluding tourist tax, accommodation fee and permaculture contribution:

• Shared room / double room for single occupancy: CHF 181.–
• Single room: CHF 168.-
• Double room: CHF 140.-
• Multi-bed room: CHF 128.-
• In your own camper: CHF 110.-
• In your own tent: CHF 92.-

Our double and shared rooms are mixed-gender by default. If you prefer a room with only same-gender guests, please indicate this when booking.

Children up to 6 years free of charge, children 7-11 years 50% discount, children 12-16 years 33% discount

Tourist tax adults (from 16 years) CHF 3.10 per day, children (6 – 15 years) CHF 1.- per day

Accommodation fee per person CHF 1.10 per day

Seminar guest prices always include full board. We cannot grant any discounts on the total amount for meals not consumed during the course, for late arrivals or early departures, and for overnight stays not used. Thank you for your understanding.

Infrastructure contribution

For seminar guests who do not stay overnight with us, we charge an infrastructure contribution of CHF 30 per day plus the meals consumed according to the prices listed below.

Prices for individual meals in CHF

• Adults: Breakfast 21, lunch 31, dinner 24
• Children 12 to 16 years: Breakfast 17, lunch 26, dinner 22
• Children 7 to 11 years: Breakfast 15, lunch 23, dinner 20

Permaculture contribution

CHF 5 per stay. With the Permaculture five-franc coin you support the growth and prosperity of the Alpine Permaculture Schweibenalp. Thank you very much! The contribution is voluntary, if you do not want to pay it, please let us know.

Support Schweibenalp

“Kraftort Fünfliber” CHF 5.- per stay. With the Schweibenalp five-franc coin you support general community projects. Thank you very much! The contribution is voluntary, if you do not want to pay it, please let us know.

Cancellation conditions for guests and seminar participants

• up to 28 days before the arrival date: CHF 80.- processing fee
• 28 – 7 days before the arrival date: 25% of the total costs
• 7 – 1 day before the arrival date: 50% of the total costs
• on the day of arrival, or in the event of no-show: 100% of the total costs
• in the event of early departure: 100% of the total costs
