Archaeological finds indicate that Schweibenalp was a ritual site in Celtic times. Even today, the old trees and the special stones and boulders here are places of power and connection to nature for us. The proximity to the Giessbach with its waterfalls means that we can also hear the powerful rushing of the water here. All of this makes Schweibenalp a special place where our guests can discover many other small and large power places in the forest and in our gardens.
From September 2021 to April 2022, the “Stone Circle of the New Heaven and the New Earth” was built on the Schweibenalp. We are all touched and impressed by the power and effect of this new force field. After the inauguration during the 40th anniversary celebration on August 13, 2022, you are all invited to visit this place of power.
This room is available to anyone who is interested. It is located below the guest house on the slope to the left of the dining room. It is surrounded by large beech trees. The simple room is dedicated to meditation and contemplation on transience and contact with ancestors and the other world.
Isn’t “living as long and as well as possible, even at the expense of the earth and future generations” the unreflected main theme of today’s “humanistic religion” of the ego, of those who can apparently afford it?
