Nathaniel Hughes initially trained as a chemist before completing post graduate training as a medical herbalist. Since graduating he has pursued a path entirely focused on relational, animistic herbalism – learning from the plants directly, through our bodies, hearts and dreams. He has published three books (Wild Enchantments is the latest) and has founded a 3 to 7 year in depth training in "Insight Herbalism". Insight Herbalism is a way of working with the plants that is entirely rooted in our direct experiences of them, our relationship with them and the initiatory journeys that emerge from this.
